My New Favorite Day
Wednesday's
I have a new favorite day of the week. It's today! Now Carl has Wed. off. So do I! He is opting to go to four tens in a work day and have a day off during the week. He and his friend Sue can't have the same day off because he's her backup. So she has Fridays and I have Wed. It was nice to be able to run errands and play a little today when it's not a Saturday. Usually I have to work for a few hours on Sat in the middle of the afternoon so we don't get much done except grocery shopping then I go to work! So today was really nice.
I got the house scrubbed down in the morning (my wed morning routine). Oh other good news Carl officially graduated from Physical Therapy this morning!! YEAH!! he's doing VERY well. He can almost go golfing. He just can do the driving range or something like that tell he gets his full motion back. He's pretty happy about that.
It's heating up again. We enjoyed the brief but crazy monsoons. I hope we get more and that wasn't it for the summer. Although I'll take the dry heat ANY day. This 54% humidty and 105* just makes ya miserable. It makes 105 feel like a 120! So life is pretty good right now- things could be better but we'll take what we can get and it's good.

Wow, how'd you get so lucky to have a weekday off with your hubby! I'm so jealous. Jason's day off is Saturday, and you know where I spend half my Saturdays! :) I hope we get more rain too!
