I went back to the specialist today! The good news - SURGERY! It's inevitable. But that's good!
I am scheduled for August 22nd. There are few things they will do. It's orthoscopic surgery which means that they'll go in a scope out my knee. Repair any torn ligements, fix the disc that's somewhere it's not supposed to. And see if we can relieve some of the pain and pressure off my joint. I have also developed a ballstic (sp?) cist on the back of my knee and some sort of lump. He wasn't too concerned with the lump since it was behind my knee. He didn't say much about the cist but that if it's there it will get cleaned out. This is GOOD news! I keep telling myself. It swells so much at night now. Ice is a good reliever. No more therapy. I am also very relieved about that!It was not fun!

Anyway - this weekend will be insane but fun! We are going camping with Sue and the boys. That will be a lot of fun. After I get work and medical stuff takin care of in the morning.
Then I come home for a day and then leave for Salt Lake to go see family! Carl won't be going unfortunately!! I am so sad about that but it's okay. He has to go up the following week for farmors bday. I talked about that a few weeks ago. I think we've resolved the dilema! I hope.
So if I am not on for a while that's why! It might be around my bday (Aug 14th) before I'll be back online and running normal, before my surgery. Wish us luck!!
