Must not panic, must not panic. WHEW! I stayed at work today, we closed early for the Christmas Party. I stayed and then Robyn and Denise were coming back to the store and then I was riding up with them to Teresas. Kristy D and her little sister were closing with me, so they decided just to stay too, they live out about as far as I do. Oh yea and Kristy and Tony are expeciting their first!YEAH!! I am so excited for her! She was staying and looking at all the baby scrapbook stuff. It was cute.
The party was fun - we played "family feud" It was pretty funny. The questions all had to do with the store and Teresa and what they like and don't like. It was fun to see how much we know about them and the store. It got pretty silly. We also listened to Brain Regan. He's a comedian. If you have ever heard him listen to his cd! He's hysterical. We listened to him last year when they took us to Sedona. So she had the new ones who hadn't been around as long listen to them. It was funny just to see everyone laugh and be silly. Especially Kim and Brenda!
We had dinner and they gave us little gift cards and scrapbook stuff. Some of it was new stuff that hasn't come out yet. It was much more on a personal level and that was nice.
While I was there Carl got a phone call from the Bishop "note to self - NEVER pick up the phone if it's from the Bishop wed - sun!" We are speaking in Church on Sunday! It's been over 10 years since I've spoken in church! And it's not just a get up and bear your testimony and sit back down kinda talk we have to do a 10 min talk!! HOLY MOLY! Fortunatly it's on the Spirit of Christmas and our experiences in the ward! I think I will talk about the Primary kids and being like the kids and relating that to the Christmas Spirit! OY! Pray for us!! LOL!
