Blogger was being tempermental last night and didn't let me post pics, so I'll try it again tonight.

For a monday it was pretty smooth and fast.

I failed to mention things at Carls work will be changing soon. They recieved devestating news on Friday that their bossis retiring. They are very close bunch and do stuff together. Di is his secretary. (the one we hung out with last saturday) and the other Sue is in the car pool and office with Carl. He's had serious trouble with back. He came as quite the SHOCK! We don't talk about it infact. Carl won't talk about it either. The boss is staying till March till they can find a replacement and that's got everybody a little worried. But the boss assured them that they are best group he's ever worked with (which is saying A LOT!) and that he has their back. He has a lot of pull with the court and hopefully the changes will be good. So if you think about, keep Carl in your prayers. He's having a hard time soaking in the news. They were all stunned on Thursday when the announcment was made. My heart is sooo sad for them. I hope the changes will be good and the boss will be okay. He is a sweet sweet person.

On a lighter note, this week is the week for work Christmas parties. My work Christmas party is Wed. I am off tomorrow (with only Light packing planned) and Carls work party is on Sat. we are driving out to Brendas (another Co workers house) with Sue, Di and Sharon. They are a blast so that should be a lot of fun. We want to get together for dinner but it's too hard with Christmas. I hope we can after the New Year.
