It looks like we might be moving. Our apartments decided that they are going to start chargin us for water. Which is fine. But $40 a month is not fine. They are also tacking on another $50 a month! So we are moving. We have an apartment in waiting. We actually are getting a lot of move in fees waived and all that stuff, because Carl works for the state so he is on an Employee Network. So that is good. So we have an apartment on hold on ValVista and University just a couple of miles from here if that. It's still on a main road, so bus access and free way access are still right there at Val Vista. The hardest part will be church. Leaving the ward and the Primary.
We might get lucky and find someone in the ward that is renting. We'll see, but I'm not holding my breathe. We are ready to move at the same time. The place is also 100 sq ft bigger. The layout is a lot more functionalable than we have now. And we can actually have people over! That will be nice too.
We are both a little apprehensive about it. It is a little bit more than we're paying now, and we are unsure how much more income I will be getting. Hopefully it will all work itself out. Worse comes to worse, we will stay here and pay the outrages $40 water bill but I don't think that's going to happen.
We did find a REALLY cute house. Ideal for what we wanted. But a little out of our price range. But it was almost PERFECT. We both Loved it! Just on the other side of the neighborhood, from where we would be moving too. We're still in East Mesa. I don't think we'll ever leave this side of town. And that's okay with me. I'll keep ya posted!
Oh my mom just informed me this evening she heard from a dear old family friend. He and his wife are getting divorced after almost 20yrs of marriage. I am stunned! And very sad. My heart goes out to our dear friends!
