and the Thunder Rolls...
WOW! We are getting quite the storm! Our parking lot is flooded and so is our patio. We have power, but the intersection above us does not. The thunder has been going for about an hour now. The dogs are a little nervous. For other reasons too. I'll explain in a minute. This was the storm we've been hopin for since we moved here! I am soo excited! I am one of the few people who gets all excited when there's bad weather!LOL!
Well, I was home today and finishing trimming the dogs and baths. They are feeling much better or so I thought. This eveing after Buster came in from being outside he looked like he was still trying to poop. He was having a lot of trouble, but tryin to come in the house at the same time. Not to be gross again, but I've never seen a poop so big! He was really blotted and clogged. I tried to clean him up the best I could. He was panting really hard and his nose was dry. His eyes didn't look right. It scared me. I've been watchin both of them the last couple days since they've been throwin up. Carl called the emergency vet. She told us to give him two teaspoons of pumpkin. All I had was pumpkin mix but she said it had to be the natural stuff. So Carl and I ran to the store. The dust storm came in and came in fast. All of sudden the tempature dropped.
We hurried in and out.
We got Buster his stuff . It was kinda funny I tried to give it to him but he wanted it straight off the spoon. He was trying to eat it off the spoon like a human rather than licking it off! He seemed to like it though. I just hope he'll go out later. He saw that it was raining outside and just looked at me and turned the other way! It might be a long night!
